Server restart

The server has been restarted today, with no significant changes to code.

We have to do this occasionally, because the servercode contains a memory leak that eventually causes severe slowdowns, if left unmanaged.

We did bump the timeout before the server tells players to connect by proxy, which should slightly mitigate the problem described in the previous development update, but it should not be considered a solved with this server restart.
